The Cycle

We move through four phases:

🌑 CHOOSE

This is where it begins.
You slow down, reconnect and decide who you want to be moving forward.

🌓 MOVE

This is where it gets real.
You build momentum, follow through, and take aligned action — even when it feels uncomfortable.

🌕 RELEASE

This is where you let go.
Old patterns, emotions and behaviours that no longer serve you.

🌗 INTEGRATE

This is where it lands.
You slow down, reflect and allow the shift to settle into your body.

What to expect

Each session includes:

No experience needed.
Just come as you are.

You don’t need to be ready.
